Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: 10 March 2025
Welcome to Whidbey Cloud. This forum serves as an open, organization-agnostic,
and always-publicly-available space for Whidbey Island locals. Below are the guidelines that
all users must follow to maintain a respectful and engaging community.
1. User Responsibilities
By using Whidbey Cloud, you agree to follow all community guidelines and accept full responsibility
for the content you post. Whidbey Cloud is not responsible for user-generated content, and
users assume all risks associated with their interactions on this forum.
2. Forum Areas
Discussions are categorized into the following areas:
- General: Open discussions for any topic.
- Events: Community gatherings, meetups, and announcements.
- Market: Buying, selling, and trade listings.
- Hobbies: Interests, projects, and creative work.
- 18+ Adult-Only Area: Restricted access for verified adults.
- Support: Request help for site issues, account deletion, or moderation inquiries.
3. Site-Wide Rules
- All General, Events, Market, Hobbies, and Support areas must contain Safe For Work (SFW) content only.
- The 18+ area is restricted to verified adults who have undergone in-person confirmation at an event.
- Even within the 18+ area where Not Safe For Work (NSFW) speech is allowed, explicit images and links are not allowed.
- The Support area is the place to report bugs, request account deletion, or inquire about becoming a moderator.
- Respect others; heated debates are fine, but personal attacks are not.
- If you wouldn’t say something in a packed grocery store, don’t post it here.
- Hate speech, harassment, and any form of discrimination are strictly prohibited.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Whidbey Cloud is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any user-generated content.
Users post at their own risk. We do not endorse, verify, or moderate content for accuracy unless it

Personal data collected during registration is handled securely and is never sold to third parties.
9. Enforcement & Violations

an action was taken unfairly, contact support in the Support area or email us at
